Join us as part of the Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training team at Charlotte Sports Park. The 2025 Spring Training Hiring Event will take place on January 15 from 9:00am-1:00pm. Entry will be through the main gate. Stop by any time during the event. Interested parties MUST complete an online application to register.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to working the majority of our home Spring Training games.
Fan Hosts:
Fan Hosts help the Rays stay “game-ready” by preparing your assigned section to all guests. Duties include but are not limited to wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor, greet guests, assist fans in locating their ticketed seats, give directions for around the park, implement ballpark rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have excellent communication skills, must be able to work in inclement weather.
Parking Attendant:
Parking attendants provide exemplary customer service when attending to guests, process credit card transactions in a fast-paced environment and adhere to proper parking procedures as directed by staff. Attendants need to report any potential hazards around the parking lots, such as potholes as well implement rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have excellent communication skills, must be able to work in inclement weather.
