Bush Brothers is a fifth-generation family-run meat purveyor based in West Palm Beach, FL. Established in 1925, we pride ourselves on best-in-class service, and a high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA inspected processing plant, we specialize in center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Floridas high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. We process and distribute Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, and Provisions throughout South and Central Florida as well as into the Caribbean.

In November 2024 we will be moving into a new, state-of-the-art processing facility in Royal Palm Beach. Total size of this facility is 48,000 square feet, tripling our production capacity.

Key accountabilities of Daily Delivery Truck Driver
Picking, loading, and delivering the finest meats to hotels, restaurants, and country clubs in South Florida.
Specific Duties
- Prepare truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Picking orders according to customer specifications.
- Deliver items by identifying destinations; following route; unloading items; maintaining a schedule.
- Serve customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding complaints; adjusting orders.
- Obtains payment by accepting cash and checks;
- Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; clean truck exterior and interior.
Hours
We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5am to 1pm during summer months and (approximately) 5am to 3pm during "season" (November through May).
Compensation
Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available in season.
Qualifications
- Some experience is preferred, preferably in the foodservice delivery business.
- Class A or B CDL preferred. Can train up to this position by handling warehouse/loading before driving.
- Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong worth ethic.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 80lbs.
- Military experience is a big plus.
