Shift Leader

Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to achieve performance goals
• Proven problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges that may arise during shifts
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the restaurant management team and other staff members
• A deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members

Requirements

• Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Maintain high food quality standards, follow recipes and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, ensuring efficient operations
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing concerns and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
• Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
