What Youll Do:
Engage with prospective residents, understand their needs & match them with the right home
Handle applications, lease agreements & financing processes
Ensure homes are market-ready & presented professionally
Manage resident relationships & maintain a welcoming community
Support marketing & sales efforts to drive occupancy
What Were Looking For:
Sales & Customer Service Experience Required (Real Estate, Auto, Retail, or Property Sales a Plus!)
Bilingual Spanish & English REQUIRED
Tech-Savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM Systems
Highly Motivated & Goal-Oriented You Love Closing Deals!
Team Player with Strong Communication Skills
