Location: Binondo Manila (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time- Entry Level

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

Job Description:

  • Record all financial transactions of the company both system and all books of accounts.
  • Maintain and organize accurate financial records up to date.
  • Reconciling bank and book balances with the company's financial records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Processing payments to the supplier.
  • Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
  • Track and review all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.
  • Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
  • Issue bills and OR (official Receipts) to customers, as needed.
  • Assist on collecting payments from the customers, as needed.
  • Other tasks that the management may be given.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's /College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, etc.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling accounts receivable is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
  • Knowledge in VLOOKUP and Quick books is a plus.
