About this position
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Civil-Transportation Engineer to lead and manage roadway, traffic, and stormwater design projects for state and municipal clients.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in both technical execution and project management, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Salary range: $150,000 to $175,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of roadway, traffic, and stormwater infrastructure projects
Develop and review CD/PD/FD plans and traffic control staging plans
Manage stormwater management systems and ensure regulatory compliance
Oversee project teams and serve as the point of contact with clients and stakeholders
Prepare reports, technical documentation, and design calculations
Coordinate with agencies and attend public meetings or design presentations as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in New Jersey
PA and NY reciprocity preferred
12+ years of experience in civil/transportation engineering
Demonstrated project leadership and client communication skills
Experience working with state and municipal agencies
