About this position

The Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to demonstrate their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements. As a key contributor with specific sales pursuit, the pre-sales specialist will drive the adoption of our solutions, bridging the gap between complex client challenges and innovative, value-driven technical solutions. Is good at multi-tasking in various phases of deal to post-deal. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with account teams to qualify and shape opportunities from the first conversation through to deal closure. 
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and sales collateral.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and walkthroughs of our platform capabilities to clients.
  • Conduct product / solutions demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients with AI skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Create and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets to scale pre-sales efforts.
  • As Business Analyst requirements gathering with effective requirements to design documentation.
  • Connect Experiences: Demonstrate through demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with our Solutions.

Qualification: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in presales, consulting or technology solution roles, ideally with AI, digital transformation or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
  • Demonstrate experience in requirements analysis, solution design and creation of compelling presentations and demonstrations. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation with documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with complex integrations and distributed operational models.
