Description:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and help drive continued growth. This role focuses on following up with warm leads, handling inbound calls, setting appointments, and strengthening our online reputation through customer outreach.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who is organized, confident on the phone, and capable of creating and managing an effective follow-up system.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to warm leads generated by sales representatives
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Reach out to previous customers to request and build online reviews
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments
- Develop and manage a consistent follow-up process to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all customer interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
- Previous customer service experience preferred
