About the Role:

The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing expert knowledge and personalizing our guest's experience.. This position is responsible for understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicles, ensuring that each customer feels informed and confident in their purchase decisions. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. By staying updated on industry trends and product features, the specialist will serve as a key resource for both customers and colleagues. Ultimately, the goal is to contribute to the overall success of the dealership by fostering long-term relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present vehicle options by explaining their features, characteristics and capabilities. Compare  competitive models and help customers with their vehicle selection.
  • Enhance sales experience by demonstrating the vehicle model options and features. Must  maintain knowledge of products and services. 
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous customers for repeat  business.  
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies and procedures.  

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license. Must be insurable on company insurance policy
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build  relationships with customers and team members
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong commitment to provide great customer service

Salary Information

$80000.0 - $200000.0 Annual Salary
