Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock supplies and retail products as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and basic paperwork.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.

• Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a café or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification (if required by local regulations).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
