Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in choosing appropriate equipment including skis, snowboards, and boots
- Perform general maintenance and safety inspections of all rental equipment
- Ensure every guest is provided the appropriate equipment per their request
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Communicate with Guest Services to ensure guests receive needed equipment
- Tune and wax ski and snowboard equipment to maintain high quality equipment
- Set DINs and binding equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 16 years of age or older
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn rental shop specific software
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding preferred
Hours:
- Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
- Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability
