Joe Hillman Plumbers, Inc., located in Davie, FL, is seeking a full-time Billing/Invoicing Assistant  to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately reviewing, and processing invoices, verifying job details, labor, and materials, and ensuring all billing is completed timely and in accordance with company and customer requirements. 


Our Billing/Invoicing Assistant typically work within the hours of 8 am- 5 pm or 7am – 4pm, Monday-Friday, including a 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 min breaks. This is an in office position and comes with a competitive wage of $20-$23/hr depending on experience. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and process invoices for completed service jobs.
  • Review work orders, materials, and labor details for accuracy.
  • Communicate with technicians and office staff to clarify job information.
  • Maintain organized billing and job records.
  • Assist with resolving billing questions or discrepancies.
  • Provide status updates on invoicing progress.
