Job Summary:

One Legacy Motors is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate a range of vehicles, highlighting features, warranties, and performance capabilities.
  • Conduct test drives and explain financing options to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership’s inventory, including pricings, features, and availability.
  • Follow up with customers after visits to foster relationships and increase sales potential.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to process paperwork for vehicle purchases including credit checks and trade-ins.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions within the automotive industry.
  • Work closely with other sales team members to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing a seamless car-buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and dealership policies.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build relationship and trust with customers. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods to interact with customers and demonstrate vehicles.
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times daily . 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, such as promotional materials or vehicle accessories

Monday through Saturday ; 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
One hour lunch break
One day off ; excluding closing days.
