The Role

We are hiring a Senior Loan Processor who is fluent in English and Spanish and has direct mortgage broker experience.
 

This role will support both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking borrowers and must be comfortable managing a diverse client base while maintaining strong communication standards across the board.
 

This is full ownership of your pipeline. You must understand how to operate in a broker environment, work across multiple wholesale lenders, manage investor overlays, and drive files to clear to close.


What You’ll Do

· Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing.

· Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files.

· Work directly with multiple wholesale lenders.

· Review approvals and clear conditions quickly and accurately.

· Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow.

· Support both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking borrowers throughout the loan process.

· Track contingency dates, closing dates, and rate lock expirations.

· Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission.

· Meet or exceed SLA expectations for file touches and turn times.

· Maintain accurate loan status updates in ARIVE (preferred).

What You Must Have

· 3+ years of mortgage processing experience.

· Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker.

· Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders.

· Experience processing purchase transactions.

· Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo.

· Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish).

· Strong understanding of TRID and compliance.

· Ability to manage 20+ active loans.

· High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits.
