Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative

$40,000 Base + Commission | Top Earners $70K–$80K+

Matrix Basement Finishing is a fast-growing home remodeling company specializing exclusively in basement finishing and remodeling. Our call center is the front line of our business—and we’re looking for motivated, tech-savvy appointment setters who thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment.


If you’ve worked in a call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound dialing role and enjoy hitting goals, following proven systems, and earning commission on top of a solid base—this role is built for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling
     
  • Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria
     
  • Schedule in-home consultations for our design and sales team
     
  • Accurately document calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM
     
  • Follow daily call, appointment, and quality benchmarks
     
  • Maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow

     

Compensation & Earnings

  • $40,000 base salary
     
  • Commission and performance incentives
     
  • Realistic total earnings of $55K–$65K
     
  • Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually
     

Your income is directly tied to your consistency and results—this is not capped commission.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a call center, appointment setting, or inside sales environment (preferred)  
  • Comfortable working at pace in a repetitive, process-driven role 
  • Tech-savvy: confident using CRM systems, dialers, and multiple screens  
  • Highly organized and systematic in your approach  
  • Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence  
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to improve performance and earnings  
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused throughout the workday
