Summary

 

SPARGO, Inc. is seeking a Web & Digital Design Marketing Manager to join our Government, Technology, and Industry Events Marketing team with a strong focus on web design and event website execution. We support event-driven programs and digital marketing initiatives, including building and maintaining event websites that support exhibitor programs, sponsorships, and attendee engagement. This role will manage approximately 12 event websites annually using Personify’s a2z CMS platform.

 

This is not a role focused on building websites from scratch; most of the work is completed within established templates, with responsibilities centered on design execution, HTML/CSS edits, and ongoing client updates. This position will also support web builds within HubSpot CMS.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating directly with clients, internal departments, and external platform support.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch event websites using event software CMS (Personify’s a2z), leveraging established templates and existing infrastructureMake design-focused updates and improvements using HTML and CSSManage ongoing website updates based on client requests, including featured pages, sponsor logo updates, online sponsorship gallery updates, and related editsMaintain consistent navigation, user experience, and UI standards across sitesBuild and manage landing pages and website content within HubSpot CMS as neededCommunicate directly with Personify/a2z support and clients to troubleshoot issues and manage website needsCoordinate internally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure website and sponsor information is accurately shared and implementedAssist with design related projects including event brochures, prospectuses, and event program guides.Maintain project timelines and deliverables using project planning softwareEnsure quality control across all deliverables with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detailCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and others to ensure accurate and timely communicationParticipate in regular team meetings, planning sessions, and workflow check-insProvide status updates on assigned projects, priorities, and deliverables

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in a similar role (10+ years preferred)5+ years of HTML and CSS project historyExperience building and managing webpages and landing pages in HubSpot CMSStrong understanding of web best practices, navigation, and user experienceAdobe Creative Suite experience required (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)Experience using CanvaStrong communication skills and high attention to detailExperience using project planning and marketing timeline software
