Position Overview
We're looking for both part-time and full-time Warehouse Associates who understand general warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and the importance of inventory accuracy. This position works with team members primarily to fulfill orders (picking and packing).
If you have experience picking, packing, invoicing, and restocking, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, great communication skills, and enjoys working with a team
HOURS:
• Full-time day shift: M-Th between 7 AM and 4:30 PM. Fridays 7 AM to 11 AM
• Part-time day shift: 25-29 hours/week; M-F between 7 AM and 4:30 PM (4–6-hour shifts/day; with some flexibility)
• Full-time swing shift: M-Th between 1:30 PM and Midnight. Forklift experience preferred.
• Part-time swing shift: M-Th between 1:30 PM and Midnight. Forklift experience preferred (4–6-hour shifts/day; with some flexibility)
INCENTIVES: We offer both individual and team incentive programs. Earn up to an additional $4.50/hour AND Fridays off paid when individual and team goals are met. We'd love to share the details with you during an interview!
Note: We are now located at 4060 W 2100 N, Suite 400, Lehi, UT 84048.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time
• Unload shipments upon arrival.
• Assist in restocking and replenishment
• Prepare/complete necessary paperwork as required
• Work with the team to ensure inventory accuracy
• Help maintain a clean, debris-free, organized warehouse
Qualifications
• Close attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.)
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
• Able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
• Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of ARL Inc.
Physical Requirements
• This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
• Must be able to lift and move boxes over 55 pounds frequently
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
