Position: Manager, Store Sales

Location:  Dallas, TX

Position Summary

The Manager, Store Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across assigned retail locations. This role partners with Store Managers to develop high-performing sales teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure consistent execution of the La-Z-Boy sales process and brand standards. The Manager, Store Sales provides leadership, training, and performance coaching to improve store productivity, associate development, and overall business results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail sales environment.
• Demonstrated success coaching and developing store leadership and sales teams.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes, performance metrics, and customer experience standards.
• Proficiency with retail systems, POS platforms, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned store locations.

• Primarily field-based role with significant time spent visiting assigned retail locations.
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability for special events, store openings, or operational needs.
• Travel required within assigned markets.
