Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees the people, processes, and profitability of installation operations for assigned products and services at Brothers Services Company. This role ensures home improvement projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The Production Manager leads Kitchen, Bath, and One Day Bath Project Managers, installers, and vendor partners while reinforcing Brothers’ core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and respect. This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality workmanship, and a positive customer experience from project kickoff through completion.

Qualifications 

• 7+ years of experience in production or operations management within kitchen, bath, or residential remodeling environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing project managers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, job costing, and profitability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, installers, and support staff to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ensure production schedules are met and projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with performance expectations, pricing agreements, and service standards.
• Monitor project cycle times from sales handoff through project completion, survey, and final billing.
• Support oversight of accounts receivable, vendor billings, and labor reporting.
• Track job costs, gross profit margins, and key production KPIs while identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to production close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, permitting requirements, inspections, and industry regulations.
• Support the development and refinement of workflows, tools, and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Foster a strong team environment by modeling Brothers’ core values and promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Provide direct project management support as needed to ensure projects stay on track and meet expected timelines.
