About this position
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in injection molding, plastics, packaging, or contract manufacturing. This is a relationship-focused role dedicated to growing and expanding existing accounts — please note this is not a remote or commission-based position.

What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Identify and secure new opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead account reviews and collaborate cross-functionally
- Analyze pricing, margins, forecasting, and profitability
- Support negotiations and supply agreements
- Travel regionally as needed

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of account management experience in contract manufacturing, Injection molding / plastics experience strongly preferred. Proven success growing existing customer business Strong technical, analytical, and business acumen Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
