Petti Pest Control is a trusted, family-oriented pest management company serving communities across West Virginia. With a growing team of 40+ professionals, we’re searching for an experienced General Manager to oversee our Sales, Administrative/Customer Service, and Field Technician teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of sales, office staff, and field technicians
• Ensure customer service, scheduling, and routing run smoothly and efficiently
• Mentor and support team leads and staff to achieve individual and company goals
• Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements across departments
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
• Bridge communication between teams and ensure alignment on service quality
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in operations, service management, or a leadership role in pest control or a related industry
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable while fostering a positive culture
• Comfortable with technology and learning software systems (e.g., scheduling, CRM)
• Valid driver’s license and background check required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 – $80,000 per year, plus bonuses for hitting team/company goals
