We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Account Executive to join our team in a remote role. As our product suite continues to advance through automation and AI innovation, we are scaling our sales organization with high-performing, relationship-driven closers who want to grow with us.

Your mission is straightforward: sell InsCipher’s products and services and close business. You will manage a strong inbound pipeline supported by a robust marketing engine, while also executing strategic outbound outreach to deepen territory penetration and consistently exceed revenue goals.

This is a high-impact, collaborative role where you will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Development, and Leadership to ensure prospects understand our value and to help shape the future of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and close high-value deals (up to $250K+, with seven-figure potential) while managing both long, complex cycles and steady, fast-moving opportunitiesConsistently exceed quota (average annual target of $2M+), maintaining a predictable, high-quality pipeline and achieving 120%+ performanceDeliver compelling, consultative presentations to executives, business owners, and department leaders, articulating InsCipher’s ROI and competitive advantagesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions that drive real business impactRespond promptly and professionally to inbound leads while nurturing all active opportunities to uphold InsCipher’s reputation for exceptional responsivenessCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Development, and Customer Success to share insights, refine product positioning, improve handoffs, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesGenerate additional qualified opportunities through targeted outbound efforts and account-based strategiesRepresent InsCipher at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand presence and building relationships with prospective clientsMentor junior AEs by sharing best practices and contributing to a strong, collaborative sales cultureSupport the evolution of sales processes, playbooks, case studies, and training materials to help scale team performancePrepare and submit final sales agreements for legal and leadership reviewActively participate in sales meetings to align on strategy, share insights, and celebrate winsRequired to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedRequirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)2–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience, ideally within complex or enterprise environments2+ years of Surplus Lines / Non-Admitted Insurance experience preferredProven ability to research accounts, understand client needs, and tailor solutions effectivelyExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate value to executive-level audiencesStrong interpersonal skills – knowing when to lead discussions and when to listenSelf-starter with the ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and proactively engage in new opportunitiesCoachable, with a growth mindset and openness to feedbackProficiency with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience requiredHighly motivated, team-oriented, and consistently driven to exceed goalsPerks

Compensation Range: $90k/yr + Commission
