- Provide thorough, high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate and motivate patients toward long-term oral health
- Use modern diagnostic technology and digital charting
- Partner closely with doctors and assistants in comprehensive treatment planning
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience at every visit
? What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Ohio
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable with digital systems and modern technology
- Growth mindset and willingness to keep learning
