Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and  Florida.. We currently have an opening at our Jersey City, NJ location.

Schedule:  

Sunday - 2pm to 11pm

Monday - 2pm to 11pm

Tuesday and Wednesday - Off

Thursday - 7am to 4pm

Friday - 7am to 4pm

Saturday - 2pm to 11pm

Pay: $17.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
•  Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
•  Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
•  Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
•  Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
•  Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
•  Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

•  Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
•  Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
•  Ability to handle physical workload
•  Deadline and detail-oriented
•  Ability to meet deadlines
•  Customer service experience
