Description:
What will I be doing:
- Support paralegals and attorneys to maintain and move large inventory of client cases, including scheduling and document prep
- Communicate with clients regarding their case
- Request, receive, and review medical records
- Enter and maintain case data using the case management system (FileVine)
- Assist with court filings, discovery, and certified mailings
- Organize correspondence and route to appropriate individual(s)
- Quality checks on documents, correspondence, and deadline tracking

- Associate’s degree, paralegal coursework, or similar experience preferred
- Relevant experience is helpful – will train the right candidate
- Fully remote! Began looking in Grand Junction, CO - open to anywhere
