Position Summary:
The Food Runner supports the service team by delivering food from the kitchen to members and guests promptly, accurately, and professionally. This role helps ensure a seamless dining experience by maintaining strong communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team while upholding the Yacht Club’s standards of hospitality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately
- Confirm plate presentation and order accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
- Support servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Uphold club service standards and professional appearance guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and events
