The Role

We are transforming financial technology for real estate investors. We are not just hiring a support associate, we are looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist who can guide high-value landlords through a smooth and effective digital transition.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to manage the critical final stage of the sales journey. This includes migrating complex financial data, setting up banking workflows, and ensuring our top clients are successfully integrated and engaged within the platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive-Level Onboarding
    • Facilitate personalized, high-touch onboarding sessions for premium landlord clients.
    • Take ownership of the onboarding journey by setting clear expectations and timelines to help users become fully active within 14 days.
    • Support clients through digital banking applications (KYC), rent collection configuration, and virtual card setup—even for users with limited technical experience.
  • Financial & Data Migration
    • Serve as a “Data Concierge,” converting unstructured spreadsheets, bank statements, and legacy platform exports into organized bookkeeping records.
    • Work with data from platforms such as Stessa, AppFolio, and Excel to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Validate and reconcile historical financial data so users gain immediate reporting and tax benefits.
  • Consultative Technical Lead
    • Identify workflow challenges or resistance and recommend platform features that improve efficiency.
    • Simplify complex fintech concepts into clear, practical language tailored to real estate investors.
  • AE Partnership & Retention
    • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off from "Signed" to "Set-up."
    • Proactively identify expansion opportunities (e.g., noticing a landlord has 10 more properties they haven't moved over yet).

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a client-facing onboarding, implementation, or customer success role within Fintech or SaaS.
  • Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of bookkeeping or property management accounting principles.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Tools: Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Be part of a people-centered and values-driven organization
  • Collaborate with global partners and diverse teams
  • Hybrid work setup
  • Competitive salary package
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage (depending on country of residence)
  • Access to free posture-focused home fitness programs
  • Continuous learning, training, and career development opportunities
