Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, which will begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in March of 2026. The Role
The Fan Experience Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of several match day and non-matchday activations including (but not limited to) fan festivals, concourse activations, and tailgating. The coordinator will also be responsible for booking entertainment for all Legacy events and working cross-functionally across the club to ensure group experiences and partner activations are executed seamlessly. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and creative with an ability to solve problems and respond to a number of situations. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the  game presentation field manager in executing the on-field run of show for all home matchdays
  • Collaborate with the corporate partnerships team to ensure all sponsored activations are executed flawlessly
  • Booking all live entertainment for matchdays and non-matchdays, specifically research, scheduling, contracts, signage, credentials and more
  • Manage the overall stadium signage plan for all external and internal activations and support the fan experience lead in stadium branding.
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure that all fan experience principles are operationally sound, including supporter marches, ingress/egress, postgame autographs, etc.
  • Liaise with the ticketing team to ensure the execution of all group fan experience programming, including ball kids, team escorts, field passes, etc.
  • Collaborate with content, partnerships, and merchandise teams on the fulfillment of promotional items
  • Support the fan experience lead in the creation and execution of the fan experience strategy
  • Other duties as assigned


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in live event production and/or event planning
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks and lines of communication simultaneously
  • A proven self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction and who can find creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in working across several departments and with external vendors and talent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays, as required by game schedules or events.

The pay range for this role is:
58,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Boston, MA)
