 The Role 

• WARM LEADS – attend pre-scheduled appointments
• Discover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions
• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
• Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
• Ongoing mentorship from our Sales Leaders – tools to be successful in more than just your current role

• Earn while you learn: $22/hr during the training period - Once Training is complete Pay will be 22/hr + 2% commission from all company generated opportunities and 22/hr + 10% commission from all self generated opportunities
• Average first-year earnings of up to $70k-90k

• Additional Requirements –
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory
• Working cell phone with data

• In home sales experience a plus HIS license preferred 
• Technical measuring skills a plus, but not required
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed
• A professional image, high level of integrity
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance

• Paid Training Program $22.00 per hour 4-6 weeks 
• Unlimited commission potential + bonus
• Monthly Mileage Reimbursement
• W2 Hourly plus 1099 Commission
