DASMEN Residential is seeking a full time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician. 


  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY: 

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform service and repairs on residential air conditioning systems
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough system evaluations to ensure safe and optimal performance.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide clear, professional communication to build trust while explaining system issues and solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services performed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HVAC Service Technician specializing in residential systems.
  • Gas experience is preferred.
     
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
     
  • Customer Service: Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer experiences.
     
  • Certifications: Must hold a valid EPA certification and HVAC technician license.
     
  • Dependability: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
