Weekend Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers and staff during weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently

- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service

- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment when necessary

- Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to management

- Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating coverage for weekend shifts


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities

- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus

Requirements:
  • A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
  • Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
  • Current CPR certification. (Preferred)
