Home Care Community Liaison/Marketer (HCLM)

We are seeking an energetic person who can help grow our company, which includes developing and maintaining established account relationships with health facilities and other entities such as case managers, hospitals, discharge planners, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Day programs, Medical Offices, senior centers, and Community centers.

Job description and function:

  • Be able to generate business through an established marketing strategy and business contacts.
  • Be able to develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy designed to achieve growth objectives for the designated region.
  • Be able to identify potential clients that can benefit from home care services, primarily Medicaid recipients who can be enrolled into Managed Long Term Care. 
  • Be able to conduct market research for the assigned region to identify region-specific targets.
  • Be able to promote the Organization and services on a regional level by recommending, monitoring, and analyzing advertising and promotional needs, including direct mail, internet, radio, and print/electronic media.
  • Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations for all contract targets.
  • Be able to work in conjunction with project management and existing operational staff, establish staff and customer training and education materials for all new business opportunities, including contract feedback to improve processes with the operations team as needed.
  • Be able to sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Be able to promote and communicate marketing and sales strategy with the region’s management team.
  • Qualifications:

  • Home care community relation/marketing or Business development experience required.
  • (2) Two years of field experience in Home Care or MLTC
  • Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
  • Should be detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Be a team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers

    Pay: 

  • Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually. Based on the number of leads, plus a bonus incentive based on conversion.
  • Leave time includes Paid Time Off, Sick, and paid holidays
  • Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, In-person, community, and the field.
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday
  • Travel: 75% Required
  • Work Location: In person
