Position Summary

• Provide direct primary care to adult patients as credentialed
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Order/interpret labs and imaging; coordinate specialty consultations
• Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans
• Document timely and accurately in the EHR; uphold quality and compliance standards

• Education: MSN/DNP (NP-C or NP-BC) or MPAS (PA-C)
• Licensure: Current, clear, and unrestricted California state license and DEA
• Experience: 1+ years in Internal Medicine preferred, but not required
• Leadership: 1+ years leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Technical: Proficient with EHR medical charting
• Attributes: Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible; strong written and interpersonal communication skills
