PRN Therapy position requirements include:  

  • Current Georgia License
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community 
  • Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
  • Genuine passion for working with elders
  • Ability to work at least one shift per month
  • Strong team work/collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
