Job Description:
Manage audits, prepare work papers, analyze client financials, and mentor junior staff while ensuring GAAP compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare audit work papers and analyze client financial information.
Review team work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify client needs and recommend improvements.
Coach, mentor, and direct junior staff.
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
Collaborate effectively on client projects and engagement tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s preferred.
Licensed CPA.
3–5 years of public accounting experience.
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and lead staff.
Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
