Position SummarySunnyMac is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVACService Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for atechnician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing,maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
Duties and Responsibilities-Perform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance withmanufacturer guidelines and local codes.-Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximizesystem efficiency.-Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters andrelated instruments.-Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolvingcustomer concerns.-Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.-Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers andteam members.What You Bring• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Requirements and Qualification-Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.-Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Excellent communication and customer service skills.-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.-EPA Certification (Preferred).-5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).
Compensation and Benefits• Up to $45 per hour• $5,000 sign-on bonus• 5% truck commission• 2.5% on installs• Overtime and double-time opportunities• Performance bonuses
