Position Summary

SunnyMac is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVACService Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for a

technician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing,

maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.


Duties and Responsibilities

-Perform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance with

manufacturer guidelines and local codes.

-Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize

system efficiency.

-Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and

related instruments.

-Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolving

customer concerns.

-Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.

-Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers and

team members.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.


Requirements and Qualification

-Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.

-Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

-EPA Certification (Preferred).

-5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).



Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $45  per hour

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• 5% truck commission

• 2.5% on installs

• Overtime and double-time opportunities
