If you’re a licensed esthetician who loves leading a team and creating exceptional client experiences, this Store Manager role could be the perfect fit—overseeing operations, guiding staff, and keeping our spa welcoming and relaxing. 

Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Licensed Esthetician (required)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 


What You’ll Do: 

 

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support growth and efficiency

Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged

Client Experience

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships

Financial & Inventory Oversight

  • Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities
  • Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives
  • Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities
