Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is looking for an experienced CVT who wants to be respected for their skills, supported by doctors, and given room to grow — without burning out.
This is an excellent role for a senior technician who enjoys mentoring others and wants a clear path into leadership, without being thrown into chaos.
What this role looks like day-to-day:
- Utilizing your CVT skills fully — anesthesia, monitoring, procedures, client education
- Supporting and mentoring fellow technicians (with doctor & management backup)
- Having your input genuinely valued in patient care decisions
- Working in a practice that prioritizes medicine, communication, and team culture
What this role is not:
- Not a “do everything, fix everything” role
- Not understaffed chaos
- Not management without support
