B2B Inside Sales Representative – Kitchen Ventilation and Controls

This is an inside sales role offering structured support, collaboration with technical teams, and the opportunity to grow within a specialized B2B sales environment.

The B2B Inside Sales Representative – Kitchen Ventilation and Controls is responsible for supporting commercial customers by preparing proposals, service quotes, and solution recommendations for kitchen ventilation and control systems. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending system upgrades and service solutions, and supporting safe, efficient, and high-performing kitchen operations. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with technicians, contractors, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions and drive customer satisfaction.


Who Are We?

We are modernizing fire protection, kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, grease trap services, and related commercial kitchen solutions

    Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair

    Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems

    Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting

 

Your Typical Day 

  • Conduct daily follow-up and customer outreach via phone and email
  • Prepare and present quotes for kitchen ventilation and control solutions
  • Collaborate with technicians and service teams to identify solution opportunities
  • Support customers with system upgrades, replacements, and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Deliver post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
What Will You Bring? 

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    1+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, or account management experience preferred

    Working knowledge of Netsuite, Service Trade, and Salesforce is encouraged, but not required

    Comfortable with spreadsheet and word software, such as Google Sheets and similar tools


    Compensation includes salary plus commission
