Clinical Administrative Support Specialist

Location: NW Portland
Pay: $23–$26 per hour
Schedule: Full-time

Oregon Sleep Associates (OSA), an AASM‑accredited, patient‑centered sleep medicine practice, is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and complete thorough intake for both clinic and telehealth visits.
• Assist providers during appointments by taking accurate, organized medical notes.
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, diagnostic sleep tests, and follow‑up care.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to support smooth patient experience.
• Help process prescription refills, referrals, and other clinical support tasks.
• Record basic patient vitals, including blood pressure and weight.
• Jump in on additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team and clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical support setting.
• Comfort with rooming patients and taking basic vitals (blood pressure, weight).
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping patients.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Athena EHR is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
