Quality Control/Linens Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control/Linens team member to ensure our vacation rental units meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. This role involves inspecting properties after cleaning, reporting any deficiencies or necessary repairs, and processing linens at our commercial laundry facility, and collaborating with Quality Control Managers to uphold company standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental units after cleaning to ensure compliance with company cleanliness and functionality standards.
• Report any deficiencies, damages, or maintenance issues using a company-provided app.
• Ensure all units are properly stocked with linens and amenities before guest arrivals.
• Transport, process, and organize linens at a commercial laundry facility.
• Adhere to company protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting linens and cleaning supplies (up to 30 lbs).
• Assist with additional cleaning or laundry duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English
• Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting and documentation.

Work Environment:

• Primarily works on-site at vacation rental properties and at the commercial laundry facility.
• Requires physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking between units.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
