Join the team at Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure and help create an exceptional wellness experience for our members and guests. We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and service-focused professional to support daily operations of our Wellness Center, Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and recreation programs.
The Wellness Representative serves as the primary point of contact for guests and members. This role delivers outstanding customer service while coordinating reservations, supporting retail and recreation operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Qualified candidates must be available to work morning shifts beginning at 7:30 a.m. and evening shifts that may end as late as 9:00 p.m. Schedules may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
We are currently hiring for:
- Year-Round Part-Time Positions (up to 29 hours per week)
- Seasonal Positions (April–September) scheduled up to 40 hours per week during peak season
Flexibility and reliability are essential, especially during high-volume periods.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as front desk representative for the Wellness Center, Spa, and Salon
- Schedule and coordinate spa/salon services, fitness classes, racquet programs, recreation activities, and Summer Camp programs
- Provide accurate information about amenities, services, retail offerings, and Rumbling Bald activities
- Assist with equipment rentals, activity registrations, retail purchases, and point-of-sale transactions
- Follow cash-handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safety rules and facility guidelines are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the front desk, retail displays, and Wellness areas
- Communicate effectively with Wellness staff and other departments
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months–1 year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- CPR, Lifesaving, and/or First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements
