Ross Simons Jewelers, a leader in Fine Jewelry, is currently looking for conscientious, professional part time sales associates to add to the Warwick team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times.
- Sales standards
- Cash wrap standards
- Client book management
- Inventory management
- Customer and After Sales service
- Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow-up as needed, including:
- Phone calls and emails
- Thank you, letters.
- Shipping merchandise
- Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
- Be proficient with the register system(s)
- Merchandise product
Qualifications:
- Must have previous retail fine jewelry or timepiece sales experience.
- Preferred luxury brand sales experience
- You must have excellent communication skills and ability to work nights and weekends.
- Understands basic retail concepts: selling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Understands the importance of and is motivated by achieving sales goals and continually strives to increase sales.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
- Relates to all customer segments and creates a good first impression.
- Manages multiple tasks and time effectively.
- Works as part of a team-Maintains a high energy level.
- Identifies the specific needs of the customer and suggests appropriate gift items. Accepts suggestions and criticism in a positive manner and acts on them appropriately.
