 Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) interacts with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The CSR delivers effective customer service in an educational/training environment.

 Essential Functions

  • Reconcile duplicate accounts
  • Process mail (paper and electronic)
  • Routine request responses
  • Group verification reports
  • Requests for official transcripts
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Specifications

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Computer-literate with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in providing courteous customer support at a distance via telephone, email and the internet
     

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:   Requires 1 – 2 years of experience providing customer service

 

Must be able to pass DHS Suitability
