POSITION SUMMARY

At Sano Specialty Care, we’re transforming healthcare —and we’re looking for a Provider Relations Coordinator to help us expand our impact. In this dynamic, field-facing role, you’ll serve as a key ambassador for Sano, strengthening relationships with referring providers and ensuring our network stays informed, engaged, and aligned. You’ll work closely with our marketing and referral team to support strategic outreach, enhance referral pathways, and promote Sano’s services across the region
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Grow and nurture Sano’s referral network
- Maintain and monitor a list of referring providers, analyze referral trends, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and drive growth.
- Build strong relations through regular touchpoints-whether it’s a quick check-in call, an in-person visit, or sharing updated materials. You’ll ensure our partners have the latest information about Sano’s offerings and know how to connect patients to our care.
- Collaborate with referring practices to ensure Sano is accurately represented in their systems-EHRs, directories, and portals-so patients can easily access our services.
- Support Events and Introductions.
- Help coordinate outreach activities like physician meet-and-greets, conferences, lunch-and-learns, community events, and more. You’ll play a key role in creating moments that matter and fostering meaningful connections.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or provider relations (preferably in healthcare).
- Ability to analyze referral trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for calls, visits, presentations, and materials.
- Active listening and adaptability to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage referral lists, schedules, and outreach activities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with follow-through on tasks and partner needs.
- Ability to coordinate events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, conferences, community activities).
- Knowledge of or ability to navigate healthcare systems, including EHRs??
- Ensuring accurate representation of services across partner platforms.
- Ability to blend high-level strategy (network growth, engagement opportunities) with hands-on execution.
- Analytical skills to track referral data and adjust outreach plans accordingly.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration/Marketing or a closely related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, provider relations, sales, account management, or outreach — preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience engaging directly with physicians, practice managers, or healthcare staff.
- Background in organizing events, outreach activities, or community engagement initiatives.
