Position Summary

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face (and heart) of Slim Chickens. Whether working in the Front of House or Back of House, you’ll deliver outstanding service and quality every day. From greeting guests and taking orders to preparing fresh food and ensuring a clean, welcoming atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Team Members are cross-trained in multiple areas, including cashier/runner, drive-thru, expeditor (expo), and kitchen, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills and find the role that fits you best.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, accurate,      and efficient service to all guests, ensuring each visit exceeds      expectations.
  • Greet guests with a genuine      smile and positive attitude.
  • Take and process guest orders via      POS or drive-thru system.
  • Assist with food preparation,      assembly, and order accuracy as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and      organization throughout the restaurant, following all sanitation and      safety standards.
  • Support team members by      communicating clearly and helping where needed to maintain smooth      operations.
  • Handle guest concerns with      professionalism and care, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Follow company procedures,      recipes, and standards for quality and consistency.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by      learning and assisting in multiple roles throughout the restaurant.
