Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn

- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

- Monitor and document each infant’s growth, milestones, and individual needs

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily experiences

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational programs and activities

- Support infants with their daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times

Requirements:

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with infants in an educational or caregiving setting

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude

- Ability to observe and respond to individual needs of infants

- Certification in infant and child CPR and first aid (or willingness to obtain)

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education credentials preferred
