Position Summary:
The FEC Stocker is responsible for receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, prizes, food, and operational supplies throughout the facility. This role ensures all guest-facing and back-of-house areas remain fully stocked, clean, and organized to support smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and deliveries
- Stock and restock arcade prizes, redemption items, concessions supplies, and retail merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items
- Rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out) methods when applicable
- Maintain clean, organized storage and stockroom areas
- Transport supplies safely throughout the facility
- Assist with setup for events, parties, and promotions as needed
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products
- Report damaged, missing, or expired items
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and loss-prevention procedures
- Support other departments during high-volume periods
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or per local regulations)
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to push/pull carts and stock equipment
- Repetitive motion and manual handling of inventory
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, indoor entertainment environment
