Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support within a professional environment. The intern will assist in resolving user issues, maintaining systems, and supporting daily technology operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve break/fix helpdesk tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Support end users with Windows domain account issues, Microsoft 365, and Azure-related services.
  • Troubleshoot common desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.
  • Assist with hardware setup, imaging, and basic network connectivity testing.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • Help maintain IT asset inventory and update system records.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity management tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while balancing school and work commitments.
