SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated school psychologist to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in the Pasadena area of Southern California. Position Highlights

  • Rate of Pay: $65-$72 per hour W2  (depending on experience)
  • Full-Time - 8 billable Hours / 5 days a week
  • Private School Assessment Team (all grade levels)

Requirements:

Focus on several key areas of student development and academic success. The job entails a comprehensive approach that addresses a student's emotional, social, and behavioral needs.  


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students, families, and district staff to help determine the support required to ensure a student's academic success.
  • Assess students' learning styles, cognitive abilities, and academic needs.
  • Help teachers tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of their students.
  • May also assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, including learning disabilities or other challenges.
  • Support each student's IEP by working with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Teach pro-social behaviors to students within the school environment.
